equipment used for horror film/ where we shot the film
A product is created through several processes, the first is the pre production phase, this is the planning phase, where roles are cast, it incorporates everything up to the point when the film recoding begins, this is the production phase. At the planning phase, all aspects of the equipment, camera angles, lighting and sound need to be considered.
Equipment
We used camera 8 with a mounted microphone and a tripod to film our short horror film. For the editing part of the film me used Premiere Pro to edit the film with the help of a add-on sound board to add the needed affects
props
We used a set of golf clubs complete with a variety of different clubs in a golf pro bag which our protagonist Orson carried during the opening scene to the film. The golf clubs were also used in the middle scene where the protagonist was chased by our antagonist, Dan Woollam
where the shoot took place and why
The shoot took place in Saint Luke’s as it gave us access to several rooms and a large corridor which was crucial to the film it also allowed us to move about with the camera and experiment with different camera shots, angles and settings. Saint Lukes also offered us a good place to shoot a horror film with its long, dark corridors, offering plenty of space for the actors to run down during the shoot. The dimly lit corridor and broken exit sign at the bottom added to the mise-en-scene.

I'm not a big fan of horror films but I look forward to seeing this one!
